About I18N (InternationalizatioN)

XCIN now follows the I18N and XIM standarded since the 2.5.0 release in hope to solve the long standing Chinese input under Linux completely. Currently the Linux I18N environment is still under development and is almost maturity. To prepare for the I18N environment in Linux is not a hard task. Here are some information about I18N introduction, preparing, and programming.

Introduction.
Prepare your I18N environment:
i18n_tool README: (Big5), (English), for old systems: (Big5 old), (English old).
Download: ftp://xcin.linux.org.tw/pub/xcin/i18n/i18n_tool.tar.gz.
